I didn't get sick in many years now, and I didn't even wear a mask at all, never soycialist distanced, and I went to crowded places a lot including Shibuya Halloween.
All I did was not eating junk food, exercise, and having sufficient exposure to sunlight, which I already did even before the whole covAIDS psyop, and continue to do to this day.
