@Paultron @DireGoy they would need additional capacity but who is going to foot the bill to build new refineries? its at the level where it will only happen with us gov money paying for the private oil companies to slap their sticker on it. the environmental red tape means its a decade long project, plus no one wants refineries in their backyard.
