dr2chase@angelthorns @dalias @millihertz to be fair, if it's a good language, it will get used for stuff. Plenty of blockchain work got done in Go, and right now (because it's a good language for getting stuff done in a hurry that works well enough) also lots of AI, because AI is the new hotness. And also, Go gets the "easy reliable deploy" vote from malware authors.
