- Embed this notice@da_667 you can do it. If I can, anyone can. Hopefully you aren't as old as I was when you had the uncomfortable conversation, learning to enjoy working out is a lot tougher in your late 30s.
If you want some inspiration, I've lost over 100lbs in the past ~12 years, which is a fairly slow burn sure but I've done it the "right" way with a better diet and more exercise. Getting a dog was a real turn-around for me; dogs gotta walk after all.
