@Kacho @Ricotta @realcaseyrollins yeah it's called non-24, I've never met anyone with it. menno henselmans has it too but he said it's hopeless to control unless you have impeccable sleep hygeine and take melatonin at the same exact time each day and always go to sleep at the same exact time and never travel lol.
