@twipped it’s good analysis…but that weird pot shot at leftists at the beginning is annoying.

Small rant: A bunch of people did show up with the math and demonstrated it more than a decade ago. Literally one of the biggest books in economics in the last decade was an analysis of the fundamental disconnect between wages and capital, and what that meant. And a bunch of folks had very workable solutions they fought for. Like…dude, you just refused to listen if you believe people weren’t doing the math or showing up with workable solutions.

Okay, all that aside, it was a really great breakdown and illustration of what is actually going on and why working people experience a completely different economy from what is assumed. And bringing it back to the poverty line is a really useful way to make it clear and message on it.
