Ted Mielczarek@skinnylatte have you ever had Ghanese shito? It's a pepper paste that I think includes both fish and shrimp. It's basically a flavor bomb. My wife ordered delivery a while back and we loved it but she can't remember where she got it from. 😭 There aren't any explicitly Ghanese restaurants around us, but there are a bunch of pan-African places.
