The second part is also a red herring. No one is dying out. Populational decline is only a problem for big line go up types and dying boomers in need of end-of-life care from the children they scorned and threw into poverty and racial hell. If White countries stabilize at half the population they have now (and it will easily stabilize without kikes around) they'll still be prosperous beyond measure.
