AnthonyJK-Admin@blogdiva I still don't see this coming to reality, because the dominant GOP position on any form of direct payments is that they should only go to the upper class through tax cuts or subsidies; and everybody else needs to "earn" or "prove" their need for relief through free labor or 300% loans.
