feuerrot@whitequark the /24 itself was free (well, I had to pay the LIR signup fee and still have to pay the annual LIR fee, so more like "free". Non-LIRs can't use the waiting list and the subnet one receives is PA space, so it always has a LIR as an owner - compared to PI space which only needs a LIR as a sponsor and can be 'owned' by non-LIRs)
