@cassidyclown seeing grumb, sterence, etc. years back complaining about the issues they had with that guy's stuff it's clear that he refuses to ever admit when something is wrong. Even when enough people complain that he and his employees manage to get around to fixing it he will just gaslight and pretend the problem never existed. It's like some kind of sleazy business strategy imo
