@Zardoz @sam_harris @ILoveBlueSky Clostridium tetani is anaerobic, and highest exposure vector is manure. Few people are in farming and agriculture today vs a few decades ago. I think it’s over prescribed, but mostly out of fear of lawsuit. Rabies “vaccine“ is different IMO since it’s an old type vax with dead viruses instead of something Frankensteinian. I haven’t seen anything convincing about rabies treatment alternatives either.
