I use #wikipedia daily and supported it financially many years because if I benefit I absolutely want to “give back” if I can. But a few years ago I became aware of how unfairly the cohort of maintainers behave. I continued to donate every now and then up till when I realized the management of this project was complicit so I drew the line.
The other day I wanted to fix a typo, and that’s when I noticed I couldn’t!
I have no idea what I did that triggered in 2023 a ban of 4 years and 1 month 🤨
