@Tony That's a tough one. How likely are you to get the job you prefer? If you think it's a lock then hold out for that one, if you're unsure then take the first and dump it if the better offer comes along. It might be 'shitty' but it's your work life and the only references that will matter are for the jobs you did work. Or that's what I would do but then I'm firmly of the opinion that work must benefit me primarily, not my prospective employer.
