somcak@RamenCatholic hot tip that worked for me this week: put up a poll here to say "they want me to do it" for self care. I kinda wanted to get a latte but couldn't justify the time off, a whole 20 minutes, to go get one. So I put it to a poll and the fedi overwhelmingly told me to do it, so I did. Obviously this might not help everyone, but it works for me.
