clackeT8 was raised at 14:20 HKT yesterday, meaning most services are suspended. A few restaurants are staying open. During lunch all restaurants were chock full with people taking a last chance at eating out before almost everything closed.
Where I am it was windy but nothing extreme. Waves were high but calm down by the waterfront. A few hours later in the evening it was less windy, waves had increased in frequency, but were not higher.
