Looking for explanations…I’m in Australia. Our system is deeply flawed, & the incarceration rates for Indigenous Australians are ridiculously disproportionate. And yet I don’t think our systems are quite as corrupted as those in the US, from what I can gather. However I can’t claim to really know.
