@vaurora I have a similar gripe with how my bank wants me to check and update my contact details. (Which is in itself a perfectly reasonable request.)
I'm told to ask the chatbot for them and then tell it if they're wrong.
Because a form with "is this still right?" would be too 2000s I guess?
(I'm also concerned that this implies that there are at least some who prefer the "everything is a conversation" approach and that I'm sharing the planet with them. I try not to think about it.)
