Victoria De Capua@mattblaze this is really important. I moderate a subreddit and I had a SLAPP brought against me at the community for allowing criticism of a business. Reddit’s legal team fought against the 40+ subpoenas but film freeway let go with names and they’re still being harassed. Mastodon better get their house in order because this kind of thing happens all the time.
