@cjd @caekislove It was a gilded collar to throw on the left's neck to keep them tame and kill OWS. It worked for a good 15 years, but when you're doing everything you can to make their lives materially worse while they're wearing it, eventually they'll stop caring how fancy and shiny the collar is, they'll start biting again.
