That is by design and it is not solvable through "education" alone. We have to talk about outlawing "diseducation".

It needs to become illegal to use "corporate language" which reduces technical necessities to easily digestable esotherics.

German Telekom is infamous for this. They changed their corpo language to call everything an "experience" and their technicians only teach the absolute necessary details which drives profit through incapable end users.

Its a capitalism thing.
