Jason Self@khleedril If you watch the the behind-the-scenes stuff, the theory behind LCARS is that is reconfigured itself to fit each user's preferences. This is not mentioned in any on-screen dialog though, but if we were to take that and run with it,, the answer would be because Worf preferred it that way. 😀
