I live in an area with a large immigrant population and things are definitely happening. Where this really moves the needle is that there are people who won't come here through their family networks, or immigrants who've been here for 30 years who are leaving to retire in their home countries because there is no longer a stream of relatives who come on a tourist visa, hand over their passport and work in their restaurants

The Asians are particularly afraid because of the stories of people being dumped in Sudan or wherever because their home countries don't want them. If the BBB passes and the "no more free money from the SBA and so on for immigrants" provision goes into effect, expect massive self-removals ( ❤️❤️❤️❤️ this is my issue)
