mike bayer :python_logo:@inthehands we should expect that heavily armed ICE agents will be present at most voting locations in 2028 if not 2026, checking people's identification as they wait in line, randomly ripping people away to be sent to detention or disappeared for made up reasons. They will have the funds to do this and it's clear that even in 2025 there is zero legal/civic/criminal recourse against this, not even a nationwide injunction. Not a governor. Not a judge. Nothing. Only the whitest, bilssfully-FOXED, most faithful MAGA voter would feel comfortable actually voting.
