Number1SummerJam@Mastodon my hot take is that while I wouldn’t trust a binding arbitration clause with a large corporation, I trust Mastodon and I don’t think they would ever abuse it. I think it’s more of a defense against detrimental lawsuits from big tech rivals. That being said, I think there must be a better way to implement this to keep good standing with users since some were turned off by it.
