@ai6yr a related thing that has been in my head since the parade of dumbness...

The celebration of the US army wars included the civil war. Obviously the US won that. I am confused how the southern confederacy fans aren't upset as their loss was celebrated. I grew up next to a giant monument celebrating slavery and the confederacy.

Should that monument get taken down? Are they going to rewrite history to allow a dual victory and a positive spin on slaves?
