@Sirpantangelini Need a suitable replacement for legal reasons and delineation between employee/company, particularly for anything above a family business. I'm firmly against corporate power as a Distributist, but the replacement needs to be ready before we destroy them, legally speaking. Guilds plus taxation of non-productive 'investment' to end incentives for nested corporations for infinite liability shielding. The logistics would create a CF and need a trust or other entity established to coordinate transition from our current system for most existing corporations.
