NoAgenda users use some bot that follows people and then unfollows them, and then if they didn't follow back, refollows. Weird follower-whoring technique; CSB isn't unique in that regard. I figured it would die when the schism occurred but apparently a bunch of NoAuthority dipshits use it, too.
