@erin I sorry cause I don't have any real or helpful resources to share but what I do know for sure is that It happens in 3 stages.

Stage 1 is known as the "No McDonalds" stage: This is when the child first experiences consistent denial of McDonalds Happy Meal after several measured & completely reasonable requests. - This teaches distrust of authority.

Stage 2 is known as the "No gaming or gamers" stage: This is when The Artist realizes that the phrase "pause the game" is literally a fascistic & unmeetable demand due to it being an online game.

Stage 3, Identification with The Joker: This completes the cycle of maturation into adulthood, the human has been perfected & may now inflict misery upon retail workers A.K.A the scum of society.
