(gobsmacked)@skinnylatte DPH *really* needs a robust overhaul of data and IT. They have a huge and messy number of systems and a desperate need for better tools, dashboards, etc. Or at least did when I was there. It would be challenging but potentially very interesting and transformative for the biggest and arguably most important dept in the City.
