????I love my dad but he has no idea how shitty the job market is, my sister and brother in law are both struggling to find work on the other side of the state and my dad thinks they just aren't being assertive enough in interviews. He was also giving me the "just walk into a company, ask the manager for a job and give him a firm handshake" routine as recently as a couple years ago.
