@deprecated_ii @Inginsub @coolboymew that's because on linux, as I've observed, file mime type associations get set when installing a new package that registers its application as a handler for it, so updates can mess with that. Vscode would set itself as a folder handler, and i had to set gnome files as the folder handler again post vscode installation
