RegalBeagle@jeffowski We are clearly reading different reports. I don't see how one could think the Russia is imploding when they're out-manufacturing the entire NATO block in terms of missiles, aircraft, tanks, and drones. Desertion and fragging are at record highs in the Ukrainian Army.
If sanctions actually did anything, Russia would be winding down the SMO, not kicking it into over-drive.
