Blacks are going back to Africa voluntarily. We have a plan for that.
American Indians can remain in their nations. They will not, however, receive anymore welfare from Whites, nor will the be allowed to import anything from White America including firearms, ammunition, or alcohol. If they can figure out how to build industry and power-plants on their own, good for them. Otherwise they can return to the ways of their hunter-gatherer ancestors.
