I am glad that you ask. I argue that bootc is rather an installation/update method, but does not impact much otherwise. The rpms are still the same.

I never suggested to use fedora for production use, even though someone mailed me an example with a large-scale fedora deployment in the public sector in spain. Redhat/Almalinux are battle-tested (e.g. at CERN).
