   @lebronjames76 The limitation on 17.78 cm of teleportation distance isn't even a drawback if you don't have to wait too long between each teleportation.
   
   If you have to wait a whole millisecond before you can teleport again, then the speed you can travel at is pretty fast:
   17.78 cm * 1000ms = 17780 cm/second
   17780.00 / 100 = 177.8 meters/second
   177.8 * 60 * 60 = 640080 meters/hour
   640080 / 1000 = 640.08 km/h
   
   No need to worry about air resistance either, as you're staying completely still - you're teleporting instead.
   
   
   I think 2 is a trick, as free really means something similar to "without x restriction" and that doesn't say "gratis gravel for life".
   Maybe if you choose 2, any gravel you walk on respects your freedom?

     assuming seven inches not from center point to center point of my mass but rather distance between edges, then pills 2 and 3
     with pill 2 i will build the roads
     with pill 3 i will teleport through chainlink fences and tresspass casually
