   I think I have adhd for a number of reasons, and my psychiatrist agrees with me, especially since I respond the way I do to medication but holy cow do I feel weird that I don't do hobby hopping like other people seem to. I wonder why I seem to be the only one ? ?. I tend to become really into things but then it can last forever, I'm still thinking about ideas for things I had in high school with the feeling of "damn, I wish I could make that work"

     @firefly_lightning Neurodiversity isn't an exact science, each individual is unique even if there are patterns across groups of people. Not fitting into any of these recorded patterns doesn't say much about you with regards to neurodiversity.

     @hypolite I think I was mostly lamnting a feeling of not fitting in, but badly. I wasn't trying to imply on size fits all, but I see it looks that way

     @firefly_lightning I don't think that what you were implying, my reply was trying to defuse this feeling of not fitting in because not everybody with ADHD fits in all the patterns. You do fit in with ADHD, that's all that matters.
