     @omglinux I always thought more developers used Linux than anything else because they have to deal with servers that (from my experience) run Linux.

     Maybe that was not always the case‽ Interesting either way.

     @kumachan @omglinux That makes sense. Most developers I knew had a Mac but they also had a Linux device too (although I think the latter was for work & not personal).

     Nowadays I am not surprised that more people are trying out Linux due to the cost of Apple & Microsoft products.

     No I mean alot of people actually like MacBooks for development. It really depends I think if people are younger than they tend towards linux more because they grew up with it. People in their 30s seem to prefer a MacBook. It also depends on how you count people. Have to remember in alot of corporate environments Linux on the desktop isn't something they do.
