   1. Assume Chrome is the dominant browser.

   2. Suppose Google starts labeling websites as having dangerous content and restricts access.

   Is there a free speech issue, or is Google entitled to control how people use the web?

     @davew they already do this, though. For example, with sites that don't have SSL.
