Meta-scientists: what’s the easiest way to generate a report on the scholarly output of a group of people?

I have a list of academics who received a certain scholarship and want to see what they went on to do/write. It's a small enough list to do manual corrections.

@cykonot my question is how to get the underlying data. Suggestions?

@natematias @aaronclauset some sort of graph analysis of their citations. With a larger data set I'd maybe use ML to identify locuses but with a small group maybe analyze word clouds

      Good luck!

@natematias Harzing's Publish or Perish offers a tidy little GUI for citation tracking and export.

@natematias Given a list of names, I would pull up their pub lists via https://openalex.org, and then process the output, and you could compare before and after your event. But, you'd need metadata to contextualize that data, eg, info about journals, broader topic data for their corresponding field, etc. There's no push-button solution ?
