number of occurrences isn't a very strong indicator of a trademark-related issue. global replace string can address that if needed, but it may very well not be: statements of fact are not generally covered by trademark policies. there appears to be a lot of FUD and misinformation and false analogies around trademarks and how far trademark licenses can reach (thanks, IP mirage! *not*), but it takes real trickery to bring a trademark into a position in which it could be used to be a substantial impediment to the enjoyment of the essential freedoms. I haven't seen any of that, despite the amount of surrounding noise.

yeah, there is that potential. if something breaks, you then investigate and fix it, mostly unconstrained by trademark concerns.

Won't it potentially break something? Would have been better if there was a single variable to set the trademark name.
