     I know why Mastodon has divierfied servers (like you said, and I agree that it is a fasnating idea) but sadly that is one of many parts new users end up abandoning Mastodon, I am stating the brutal reality, “uniting all servers” will attract more new users anyone who wants to imigrant

     @hee_katie have a look at @feditips and there are even already YT videos explaining how it works. Most important thing to know about the different servers is, that each owner decides which rules apply for their server. So, that sets the tone and kind of community one is joining and that is the reason why you fortunately don't and won't find every single server listed on the #joinmastodon site. Just do a little of research and reading and you will understand it much better. :fediverse:

     @Gargron Eugen?this is from Washington Post article published today, like I said before please “unite” all the servers, this is the main problem keeping new users away from this platform, social media should be a big conference room not like this small castle with 100 rooms and toliets hidden 
During Mastodon sign-up process with choosing a server lost me twice led to just quitting the sign-up, I am 100% sure other twittermigrants newbies feel the same
