  @csacaness It’s a n easy recipe. It says the more you let the dough rest, miso’s umami comes thru. It’d be fun to try with different kinds of miso.

  @csacaness You are very welcome! I would use the ones without だし. I assumed white miso would be the best because it is mellow and sweet, but I tried with some darker ones may come through better in a good way.

  @hashitan Thank you!!! I am trying to get better at baking lately, so I will try this too.
  Do you have any recommendation for the miso that can be bought in Japan for first try? I usually use the だし入り type, but I assume you would need smg more specific for this.
