   喉の痛みが（多分）ピーク。コロナ禍のお陰？でここ最近風邪に罹ったことがなかったので、喉の痛みがどんなに辛いか、体感的に忘れかけていた。暖かい珈琲やお白湯さえ助けにはならない。唾を飲むのも辛い。熱はないけど目の裏が熱い。熱だけ、の方が遥かに楽だったな…。#風邪 #Fedibird

     #Fasting は44時間時点で一旦中止して、体力つけるためにランチにお粥を食べたのだけど、まだ食べ物を飲み込める内に食べておいてよかった。でなかったら、今は絶対食べれないし、体力と体温が落ちていくばかりであまり良くなかったと思う。#風邪 #Fedibird

     昨夜は呼吸が出来なくて苦しくて何度も何度も目を覚ましたのだけど、今朝になったら昨日より酷くなってた私の風邪。昼過ぎには熱も上がり始めて現在37.8度。一番しんどい熱だな…? これが38越すと、逆に少し体が楽になるんだけど（自分の経験上。41度以上の原因不明の発熱を何度か体験してるので）? でも熱より何より、鼻が完全にブロックしていて口呼吸しか出来ないのが一番辛い…喉の痛みは昨夜ピークを迎えて今は少しだけ和らいでる。#風邪 #ひとりごと #Fedibird

     @unkerplus65 Yes, I did on Monday (the first day I got sick). Yesterday was pretty horrible, with all the symptoms and fever. Couldn’t breathe well ? I feel a bit better this morning. Thanks!
