      Here are a few tools frequently recommended in privacy communities:

      ✅ Operating System: Ubuntu, Tails, Fedora, LineageOS

      ✅ Browser: Firefox, Tor

      ✅ Messenger: Signal, Element, Threema

      ✅ Email: Tutanota

      Do you use them already? What tools would you add?

      @ryo @charliebrownau @Tutanota
      RBL, mail bounces, and other crap are to be expected then.

      Mail on I2P is isolated unless extra configuration is done by server operators.
      Excluding advanced configuration and development of custom plugins for mail daemon of course.

      @edshot99 @Tutanota @charliebrownau Don't send emails to those hosted on big tech then.
      I've even seen websites that used to say they will automatically redirect all emails coming from Goolag, Microshaft, Crapple, or Jewhoo servers to /dev/null (not literally, but you get the point).
      Nowadays almost everyone gave up on that, because 95% of the emails today comes from one of these servers, or AWS.

      @Tutanota Element sucks, use literally any other matrix client.
      Signal is spyware.
