     Set up Prometheus, scrape it, set up grafana, give it a temporary API token so it can upload dashboards, done

     @cope @alex @mkljczk @graf @josh @curtis I'm not sure but I think I would mean a mix of grafana graph on oban data about complessive numbers of AP queues.
     Maybe is the thing is called Jobs, as seen in Graf snaps?
     My goal is to have a report of dead instances creating bottlenecks in the queue, then temporary suspend them from federation, when they will return back online.
     Misskey server brings that admin panel thing and is very straightforward

     @curtis @alex @tassoman @mkljczk @graf @josh really you'd need to reimplement the oban dashboard, since that's the actual task queue, there's the official https://getoban.pro/oban dashboard, but it's not open source friendly with it's 129$/mo license
