     @charliebrownau @Jens_Rasmussen @RikaDerufu It's a zoomer mentality, that if something can't be done exactly right, with all of the tools they think they need, then it's better not to attempt it at all. I don't even think it's because of indulgent parents, snowflake culture etc. I think it's a form of learned helplessness. Like a little kid who doesn't want to build a sandcastle because the tide will wash it away. There are vacant parts of their life experience, things never attempted that could have helped them out and given them joy rather then suffer their deprivation.
     
     It must be shit for guys trying to find a nice woman, they have to build themselves up and when they are finished: shoulder the burden of building her up too.

     @charliebrownau @Jens_Rasmussen @RikaDerufu My wife grew up with a mom and dad who ran a Michelin Star Restaurant. She's 27 and could burn water. So that part is evidently true with late-millennial/zoomer women.
     
     She does have beautiful handwriting, is a whiz with a sewing machine and likes sudoku, so maybe that's down to Ireland being 10-20 years behind the rest of the west?

     But he did mention all the relevant things that would keep you from being ignorant and retarded. The rest of what you learn is a matter of picking it up in your free time, just as it is the case now, unless it's an education intended to give you a job to do (STEM) or to steal money (Arts).
