     @Goby this seems like an important distinction to me too. there’s a huge difference between “my existence in public spaces is politicized” and talking about turnout or what’s happening with the polls re: senate control or whatever. the latter i can see people wanting to skip for self care reasons so i would CW it

     @albinanigans I distinguish between talk about parties and electoral politics...and LIFE politics, which is pretty much everything else. I will try to keep my political vents disability related. I have another elephant to carry other stuff.

     @albinanigans @Goby I wish we had better language to describe these things. Life politics and electoral politics are not at all the same thing, and rules that don’t specify which politics they mean are open to abuse.
