   Just doing my own little review of #Thanksgiving menu. Next time, instead of pumpkin pie, I'll do a pumpkin flan.

   I liked my (very first!) American apple pie. I'll definitely repeat that. I have also made apple-pear pie before (not for Thanksgiving but just as a seasonal thing). I loved it...will make again soon.

   Most of all, I'm so glad I have time for #baking again!!!!!

     @YoWatShiinaEsq Pumpkin flan sounds great! Another fun recipe to keep in mind is sweet potato pie. I've used a combination of blue sweet and orange potatoes to make swirled filling and designs in my pies, and it is very surprising to a lot of Americans who have only seen the orange ones. #Thanksgiving #Pie
