   I like this idea from the post below.
   
   Can we add quotes of posts as replies in addition? Would that work? What are the pros and cons?
   
   For the devs, what would be technical problems to do this besides that other systems do not support this?

     @hypolite yes, I am aware of that, but when we quote a post Friendica would be able to reference that as a reply to that post, right?
     
     And for the future it would be possible to have some notification below a post like for the reshare, right?

     @utzer If they didn't post a reply to you, then they clearly didn't want to engage directly with you, I'm not sure it's a good idea to have a comprehensive list of negative social engagement, the same way I don't like the Dislike button.

     @hypolite to have less possibilities for people to talk behind your back assuming the worst of people.
     
     But mainly it would be a nice feature to have this information to see who shares your posts to where.
